ABOUT ME

I am a recent graduate from the Universtiy of WI - Eau Claire in the United States. I studied German for Business and Environmental Science, Communications. I am continuing my education with a degree in Sustainable Energy Technologies. I have a passion for the environment and finding out a way for us to all live in a sustaible way. I come from a regular family, have wonderful loving parents and a younger sister. I have had the opportunity to live in Germany three times now since 2006 and have enjoyed and learned from every experience I have had.

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy is to work hard, live every moment in life to the fullest, and love as much as possible! Yesterday is gone and tomorrow may never come. Pay attention to the little things in life that make you happy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have had only great experiences with Couch Surfing, so I participate by endorsing the mission of CS. I think it is a wonderful opportunity to meet people all around the world in a comfortable setting. So far I have not had the opportunity to host any surfers, but my experiences surfing myself have been great.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The best couch surfing experience I had was in Garmisch-Patenkirchen, where I went on a three day Ski tour with a friend. The man we stayed with was very welcoming and helpful.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing to me that I have seen is something that I have access to on a regular basis. As I love nature, I cherish all the time I can spend at my family cabin. The lake in northern Minnesota my family is on is one of the most relaxing places on the world with beautiful sunrises and sunsets, plenty of animals and great things to see.
