I was born in Yogyakarta, grown up in Solo. I'm working and taking care of my parents in Yogyakarta. I know both city well. I know locals pretty good. I live in a house surrounded by ricefield, with nice mountainous view plus sunrise. I've been travelling around my own country, not only Java, but also East Borneo especially Samarinda, since I lived there for a couple of years. Yes, I know one thing or two about locals there. Hundreds of tribal languages in Indonesia, I only speak Javanese, Banjarnese, Timornese (Adonara dialect), passive Kutainese and still learning Bataknese. I'm working, so I can't accompany travelers that comes by all the time. On my day off? Well, of couse we'll see more... :)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

It's actually my friend who keeps asking me to join. She said it might be fun. Since I helped her hosting some travelers, yes I am encouraged to join. Besides, I'll be glad to show to the travelers the beauty of my country, my town, and neighbourhood around me. And I'll be happy to know about other cultures as well.
