ABOUT ME

I like to meet new friends and encounter different cultures. It's exciting to know others' different perspectives of the world, life, art, politics, history, religion, etc., and they make my life more colorful. Variety absolutely gives much fun!

There are many places I want to visit and many cultures I would like to experience. Unfortunately, I only speak English and Mandarine, and thus hope to meet more friends during traveling and hosting others~

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Got hosted in Marseille (south France) and Grenoble (mid France) in July 2012. Wonderful experience!! Love CS, it's fantastic. Would like to meet more CSers~~

Interests

Travelling, of course! On the way, I like to walk through streets, explore small stores, try random cafe and restaurant, join a city tour, and so on. If there are mountains, hiking is a must-do! Places with waters (river or lake or sea) are always lovely~

Music, different kinds, including classic, soft, pop, opera, etc. don't know how to summarize my taste, but again, variety brings fun :)

Sports, more specifically, bandminton, jogging, cycling, hiking, and swimming. East coast park in Singapore is a great place for cycling. If you come to Singapore, maybe you want to try it out.

Dancing, ballroom and salsa, I learnt a bit and am planning to learn more! Let me know if you have common interests or recommendated ways/places to learn them.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

With usual clothes and shoes, we went to clime a mountain in April in Germany, it was covered with snow on the top 1/3. My friend and I decided to come back after quite a tough while in the snow. After getting back to the root of the mountain, my friend saw a message in German: don't clime the mountain if there is snow as it could be dangerous for your life. Oh, thank God for bringing us back!
