ABOUT ME

We LOVE to travel! I want to see as much as possible but I don't think there's enough time so we're trying to narrow it down. Camping & hiking are fave past times and there's lots of it here in BC! Leane loves animals, so every place I go I pick a new animal I hope to see and i'm never disappointed. We had a dog at home, siberian husky x border collie which was our spoiled rotten child but now we have a new spoiled rotton child, Dexter born at the end of may 2015 :)
As of Dec 2018 we have another kid too! Baby hana is very active and loud. .. not quite sleeping through the night yet :(

PHILOSOPHY

Let life take you where it takes you. There's no point in stressing out over the little things you can't change so you might as well just enjoy the fun parts and ignore the difficult parts. But I do believe in karma and good things come to people who wait

Also decided to pick up some thoughts from my last trip... always look forward, you can't change the past so why dwell on it. Instead think about what you can do differently and work towards the positives!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Lots of fun! It's great to get to know new ppl and they are so inviting to let you into their homes. We love to get meet new people and we have now hosted a couple times. Our kids have LOVED to play with the other kids that stayed with us. It's such a rich enlightening experience.

Interests

Snowboarding for Leane & skiing for Alex. Reading, writing, watching movies, exploring new places & trying new foods. I don't think there is a dessert out there that we wouldn't try!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Done too many things to name... best thing we've done is hiking, camping and going off the beaten trail. You see some incredible things by just exploring where no one else has been!
