Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far, I've only Couch Surfed in Germany, but once I get settled, I would love to host!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've Couch Surfed four times now and each experience was great! I've really enjoyed Couch Surfing because it gives you the chance to get to know people in their 'real lives' and experience how people really live. After a busy day, it's so relaxing to cook with people, talk about the day, and have a glass of wine with them. It's so amazing how you can relate to people from another country and just come together and talk.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For me, "Amazing Things" usually include seeing significant monuments or buildings in person. I love looking at architecture, so most of my awestruck moments are me standing in front of some kind of architectural masterpiece. On this list includes seeing the Koln Cathedral, Berlin Cathedral, Reichstag, Great Wall, and temples in the Summer Palace park. As far as other amazing things go, it usually involves meeting awesome people who have had some kind of significant impact on me through their generosity, energy, and overall sense of interest in the world.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to know more about different cultures and languages, especially social norms and day-to-day life.

I can teach Latin, some Korean, baking, piano, and Korean cooking!
