ABOUT ME

I like to think I'm unique. I'm an environmental activist, but always keep an open mind to all opinions. My views are always evolving. Pretty laid back compared to the general public, but on the organized side of the vagabond spectrum. I love traveling and meeting new people. My preferred method of travel is absolutely by bicycle. I'm very active. Not an expert at any sport, but good at all of them. Human powered sports are what floats my boat.
I'm currently working on a Master's of Biological Engineering. I hope to do stream restoration, trail design, ecosystem design and low impact development style of work.

PHILOSOPHY

I have a wonderful large yard that is nearly always available for camping. It's a prime Fayetteville location.

Having a network of friends in foreign places is priceless.

Intereses

I ride a bike every day. by choice. I enjoy learning, but am a very hands on fella.
I enjoy real food. Preferably picked. I can appreciate all kinds of music and art. I don't have TV, but I do enjoy a good movie. I love spending nights working on bikes, planning trips and throwing frisbees that glow.

I've ice climbed in Ouray, mountain biked Moab, bike toured the Olympic Peninsula, sea kayaked San Juan Islands, white water kayaked the Yampa Canyon, powder skied the Highlands Bowl, surfed Oregon waves, explored canyons in Zion, rock climbed at Smith Rock, and made priceless friends along the way. All those experiences were extraordinary, but nothing without people to share them with. I've bike toured and backpacked solo enough to realize that sharing experiences is what makes them valuable.
