I believe that strangers are simply best friends I haven't met yet. I enjoy just hanging out with people and sharing stories and past experiences, specifically how those experiences impacted us. That is why I am in CouchSurfing.

I am a goodhearted sincere nice guy. My career has been in healthcare IT but that is all behind me as I retired early to enjoy life ! I love real estate as well.

During my retirement, I plan on writing a book (10 Things To Teach Your Kids About Money Before They Turn 18), studying quantum mechanics (for fun), and traveling the world.

I enjoy all genres of music. The common theme in my playlist are they all have upbeat lyrics that encourage positive thinking and empowerment. "I'm Happy" by Pharrell Williams for example.

I believe there's a big difference between existing and truly living. I love to dance and I'm not afraid to be the first guy out on the dance floor to a good song. I'll be the first guy to dive in the water when we go scuba diving or snorkeling or when a comedian asks for a volunteer from the audience. I smile when I empower someone that WANTS to try something new but was afraid.

I believe in good financial management towards debt free living and I'm always excited to help other people achieve financial goals through budgeting.
