About Me

Hey there!

My name's Ed, i'm 21 and just finished uni. Trying to see as much of the world before returning to the UK to carry on with my studies.
I've been working away in Norway for a couple of months out on a lighthouse. Now returning home for Christmas.

I'm a bit of a hippy, vegan, love theatre and philosophy. Also really interested in ancient civilizations. Back home I'm picking up work as a theatre technician. I work with projectors and computers to make dance shows. Pretty out there.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm having to leave my workaway two days early due to storms approaching and our boat elevator breaking down. Now I'm at the mercy of our local fisherman who can only pick me up tomorrow! So I've got a couple of days before my flights which I need a sofa to sleep on.

Interests

Reading. Talking about our purpose in life, where we are going....
Recent interest in yoga...though I can only do the sun greeting.
Tennis, running, badminton, squash.

Tool! Seriously. Such an awesome band. I like metal in general, also classical (holst Einaudi) I enjoy good chill trip hop as well.

Movies- Waking life/ Donnie Darko/ The room- Any film which will make you think, though I also enjoy some of the epics, Star Wars (originals only) and Lord Of The Rings.

Books- The Mission of Art- Alex Grey- Probably noticing a pattern hear. :P

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I worked in a lighthouse in Norway for two months. That's pretty cool. I built there website and made films and stuff. It was rad!
