I am currently in my third year of engineering and French major at a state school in the East Coast of the US. I enjoy to travel and I have done my fair amount of travelling during these past two years. I also enjoy to read specially in Spanish and in French, which helps me a lot when it comes to practicing my vocabulary. Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I set my self the goal to visit all of the continents of the world before I am 30, and couch surfing makes ideally in affordable trips more approachable. I would also like to immerse myself in the culture with locals as opposed to getting an a hotel or staying at a hostel.

In terms of literature I enjoy reading dystopian novels, the classics, and fiction. Although, there are some exceptions to these.

I have gone kayaking in Alaska while the Northern Lights were on, and all I can say that that was an incredible experience that I will never forget.

I am always down to have a conversation about what is like to grow up and live in a different culture. It interest me how the human condition has been shaped by the individual experiences one has and how that translates into ones personality and habits.

I also consider my self a good cook, and would love to get new, authentic recipes from the people that host me. I can make a mean souflee.

I consider myself nerdish at times, and if you are in a science/engineering career I would love to get to know what you do.
