I guess what describes me best is being curious. I'm very open-minded, cheerful and outgoing. After my exchange year I am even more so. I became so curious to see new places, countries and to get to know new people and what they do, I won't be able to visit all the countries I want to. Maybe time to start my bucket list...

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

After getting to know a very lovable host in Dublin, I decided to couchsurf on my next holidays and it was an amazing time. I met so many cool people, was welcomed so heartily and had brilliant conversations or even "only" DVD nights. And. Loads of delicious food.
I love the idea of spending time with guys who live where you travel. It's just the best way to learn from each other. After my exchange year in Mexico I know how fantastic it is to have friends from around the world so what about a coffee or beer to chat?

I listen to pretty any kind of music, pop, indie, a lot of jazz, but also rockier stuff, mostly classic though. If you want to introduce me to your favourite style, I'd think that really cool! :-)

There are too many books to list them all, but I think one of my all time favourites are Tolstoi's Anna Karenina, the Harry Potter series or the Hitchhiker's Guide Through the Galaxy.

I really enjoy phantasy movies, like Lord of the Rings, HP, but I also love criminal stories like Sherlock or old school black and white films like Ms Marple.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I went backpacking on a northwestern peninsula of Iceland only with tent and sleeping bag (and my cousin) and had no signal on my mobile nor contact to any human creature for about a week. Only some polar foxes. It somehow felt wonderful though. Pretty much the most awesome thing I've done so far.

In Sweden I went river rafting for a week on the river Klarälven. One night, when we put up our tents, they were nearly shot down because a local hunter thought they were the bears he was chasing...
