ABOUT ME

Hi! I recently moved to San Francisco (well.. it's been a year now) after growing up and living in Texas my whole life. Graduated college in Austin and now working in communications, currently at a public relations agency.

PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy is there is always something to learn from everyone. I'm extremely adaptable and fascinated by all different sorts of people. I generally bounce around rather than stay within one single social group.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love getting a local's perspective from various backgrounds when traveling.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Upon graduation last summer, I took a road trip with friends for a few weeks where we couch surfed at a few places, including Boulder, CO and Omaha, NE. The couch surfing definitely played a big part in the excitement and fun of the trip and I met several wonderful folks.

Interests

My interests are constantly evolving. Right now, I'm actively researching and looking for a road bike so I can explore SF a bit further. I also always have my hands full with a number of crafty / home improvement projects.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - all kinds. Right now, I seem to always listen to Grimes at some point of the day, usually at the start of my morning. I also listen to Garth Brooks a bit.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Mount Rushmore was pretty epic, although the 'Tribute to America Light Show Extravaganza' exhibit name might need renaming.
