Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After tagging along with my wife's account in Canada en Denmark, I find myself in Shanghai with a free weekend during a business trip. Time to make my own account!
The reason why I think couchsurfing is great, is that it allows people to expand their world view and thus their mind... and enjoy a beer with a nice person you haven't met before. It gives confidence that almost all people around us are nice & sweet by nature.

Interests

Riding and tinkering on a motorcycle: I currently have 2.5 motorcylces in the shed. I guess the fact that I have half a motorcycle already says something.
Don't worry.. I am not a petrol head. As an engineer just I like to take things apart, and I am normally succesfull putting it back together again.

Rock climbing: Well, 'bouldering' to be more precise, which doesn't go so high. I am not that big a fan of dangling by a rope at neck-breaking heights.

Travel: There is always more to explore! Nature, other cultures..

Movies: But who doesn't..
