Hello,

My name is Eden. I'm new to couchsurfing. I'm a recent college grad, pursuing a career in film and television acting. I also love writing, reading, and adventuring. Currently, I'm living in San Luis Obispo CA but will be leaving for Europe in September. I'm looking for awesome people to meet and explore their cities with along the way :)

My boyfriend and I are going to Europe for the first time this fall and would like to meet amazing new people to show us the surroundings and stay with during our travels.

Also, until the end of August... we will be living in San Luis Obispo and are open to having surfers during that time if it fits in with our work schedule. Once we return from Europe in October, we'll be living in Los Angeles and would love to host travelers who are visiting the United States for the first time... Also would prefer people who speak English.

Intereses

Acting, writing, hiking, running, biking, cooking, laughing, fun. Being happy and always feeling a sense of freedom to pursue your dreams and goals.

I love to be outside. I love days when you're outside all day and you don't want to come back inside, just like when you're a little kid.

I love to discover new music with friends, to sit over a drink and discuss ideas and dreams... you know the stuff that makes your soul feel good, the type of conversations that make you feel closer to others and more in tune with yourself.

I love watching great tv shows, binge watching series... I can get sucked into a Netflix binge like a pro.

This all sounds pretty cheesy when I read it back to myself, but whatevs that's me :)

Books: A Tree Grows in Brooklyn, Hunger Games, Lean In, Pride and Prejudice, umm...I've probably read every American book on acting principles and technique there is in print. I eat that shit up.

I love inspirational stories, things that you experience through reading or watching in a movie that makes you feel different about your own humanity.

I also love real stories, like journalistic type stuff...as I did study journalism in college. I'm fascinated by the media and the role it plays in our society, for better and worse.

Movies: Forrest Gump, Great Gatsby, Annie Hall, Interstellar... so many more to list I can't think of now lol.

I'm quitting my job to go to Europe for a month then coming back to pursue my acting career in Los Angeles... It shall be amazing! Can't wait :)

I love learning new things about culture, politics, food, anything sport related I'm in. Up for new experiences!!

I love love love cooking! My secret dream job would be to have my own show on the Food Network. Maybe one day ;)

I'm pretty good at Pilates, lol.... I've taken about a million and a half classes. no lie.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

I'm only in beautiful San Luis Obispo until the end of Aug 2015, but if schedules work out and I can host in that time, we have incredible beaches, wine country, hiking trails and much more awesome surroundings to share with guests.

Mostly my boyfriend and I (who I live with) have a couch, a kitty, some fish and some fine company. We also think we are pretty funny, so you'll obviously be witness to some stellar comedic entertainment. ;-)
