ABOUT ME

I currently reside in Avondale AZ but I'm rarely ever there. I travel often domestically & look to further extend my international travels even further. I'm a very sociable person and look fwd to the opportunity to network further with other fellow travelers in this amazing community of people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Along with the obvious couch and shelter I also want to establish more friends and acquaintances around the world. I tend to return to certain cities I visit whenever possible and appreciate having friends there that not only host me but can also help me appreciate a country's genuine culture. Language exchange is another interest but I need friends first LoL.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a big House Music and Reggae head so I typically look for events in those genres when I travel. I'm also an avid Hip Hop lover but more old school. Can't listen to this crap that's on the air today LoL. Soul and R&B are also of interest. And of course some Salsa and Merengue, can never forget the cultural foundations.

I'm avid movie lover with an extensive bluray collection and a movie projector in my home. Predominantly into action movies and a huge fan of comic book movies. Eagerly anticipating the new Avengers movie and the Black Panther announced for 2017.

My reading is always historical non fiction. The only fictional book I've ever read aside from James Baldwin novels was titled "The Coldest Winter Ever". Otherwise history books and magazines are where my reading comes from aside from my educational studies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Not sure I can say anything amazing about myself honestly. I'm just a down to earth gentleman that is always trying to enjoy and appreciate the world I live in. I tell people all the time, I am way to blessed to be stressed!

What I Can Share with Hosts

An outgoing and appreciative personality. I'll never come over empty handed LoL. I was raised right and frequently have my own house guests outside of couch surfing from within my own friends and family so I know how to act properly in someone else's home. I'm a firm believer in reciprocation so to those that choose to open their homes to me, you will most certainly be a priority when and if you decide to visit the city I reside in.
