Hi, I’m Idris.

I’m based in Chabahar, Iran. I travel a lot, mostly driven by curiosity, people, and stories that don’t fit into guidebooks.

Somewhere between moving across borders, running a small book café, and working with video and photography, I’ve built a life around observing, listening, and documenting what’s real. I’ve spent time traveling through Pakistan and India, and I organize local experiences and tours in Iran when I’m home.

I’m social but grounded, value personal space, and believe good conversations matter more than busy plans. I try to leave places and people better than I found them.

Why Couchsurfing?
Because the best part of travel is the human side of it. I’m here for cultural exchange, honest conversations, and experiences that don’t feel staged.
