ABOUT ME

People say I'm an introvert person and I think they're kind of right, but they also say I have a keen sense of humour, and I find it pretty funny. If I had to describe myself in two words, they'd be: reflexive and ironic. And I guess that makes sense with how people see me. But be aware! I'm not as fucking awesome as my references might suggest :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I mostly host and meet people travelling to Barcelona, though I've surfed some couches around Europe and United States already and I'm planning to do so whenever I can all over the world! I like to spend time with the people I meet doing something interesting for we all.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I miss the CS atmosphere when this was a non-profit not-so-known organization. Since the last few years, I get tired of receiving requests of people that don't understand what's all this about: SHARING! I like to host and spend time with travelers, not with tourists that want to save money with the accommodation budget and their only plan is sightseeing.

Interests

I'm very into sports, volleyball above all, but I like many others: basketball, athletics, cycling... I also love nature and going on trips to the mountain. I enjoy reading: when I pass through a book shop I cannot resist staring much time at the front! One of the things that I appreciate most is travelling and knowing new places: I love the feeling you get the first time you see a landscape. And I love cooking and getting to know local dishes too, so feel free to teach me how to prepare your specialities, I will do so with mine if you want :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen many kinds of music: indie rock and folk, jazz, blues and soul, rumba, cumbia and ska... I'm developing an interest about cinema from all over the world, I will probably ask you about your favourite film from your country. I read a lot, from adventure classics till humorous and existencialist short stories. By now I'm reading the last Harry Potter book with some dose of nostalgia.
