About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To keep on doing things that make me happy
ABOUT ME
I'm a spry and goofy guy that just finished up a combined Master program and is brand spankin' new to the full-time workforce. I'm usually really chatty, unless I'm in the zone studying for a test or working. I've traveled all over the world at an assortment of different accommodations, and always thought the idea of couchsurfing and hosting people sounded awesome! I just moved in with 2nd cousins who are pretty friendly too.
PHILOSOPHY
“And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music.”
Treat everyone with respect and love, regardless of their ethnicity, race, sex, gender, religion, and personal philosophy. All I ask is that you not impose your views on me. There's a good chance I'm interested in your background and want to learn about it anyways.
Live life laughing and try to learn something new every day.
It takes a lot for me to hate anyone. Most people act out because of some other underlying factor, so I try to understand where others are coming when dealing with a heated situation.
I like the euphoric feeling after a good workout or from eating good, healthy food for a couple of days, but don't like the effort needed to be put in to do either haha. (I'm secretly contagiously lazy)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm pretty new still, but I'll probably be hosting some cool cats in the near future.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I haven't ever officially couch surfed, but I've hosted friends, friends of friends, and friends of housemates on our couch.

They're constantly expanding, but just to list the ones that come off the top of my head:

Music, Movies, and Books
Big fan of cheesy films, especially awful chick flicks I can watch and laugh about with friends. I'm really into movies, but a few favorites are:
Stranger Than Fiction, Along Came Polly, Kiki's Delivery Service, Zoolander, City Island, Django, The Princess Bride, Princess Diaries, The Breakfast Club
For music, I've recently been feeling edm songs, but I have roots in older rock (ie Beatles). I'm always trying to expand my music horizon.
I've always liked One Hundred Years of Solitude and the Odyssey.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Traveling to rural Peru at 16 to volunteer and attending Carnaval in Rio De Janeiro, Brasil are tied.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm naturally trained in Biology and can share my experiences as a first generation Brazilian with Jewish descent, although I'm not very religious. I'm also not the greatest chef, but I'm comfortable in the kitchen enough to teach you how to cook if you're interested!
Countries I’ve Visited
Brazil, France, Greece, Japan, Peru, Spain, Turkey, United States
Countries I’ve Lived In
