Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to the project, but am really excited about it after hearing about couch surfing from a friend. I love the idea of being able to meet people from different cultures and share a bit of life together.

photography, running, anything outdoors--camping, hiking, snowboarding, beach, mountains, roller blading...spending time with friends, cooking, reading (I'm reading at least two books at all times...), gardening (especially sustainable living stuff--tomatoes are my favorite to grow, since they taste so much better than those from the grocery), meeting new people, learning new languages, traveling, feminist theology, writing...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I know this is going to sound random and maybe too morbid, but I was with my dad when he died. It was amazing to have him at home, surrounded by friends and family, and to be with him as he left this world.
