About Me

Born in Korea, raised in New York since I was 5. Been here pretty much my whole life, aside from 6 yrs in Pittsburgh for college & work.

I am a point in my life now where I feel a sense of stability in my career. My job provides me some flexibility to go travel and work remotely.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to expand my horizons, meet new people and experience new things. I feel wound up living the rushed & neurotic life that is NYC.

I want to see how other people in the world enjoy themselves and live their days.

Interests

I love tennis, love live music. I used to aspire to be a singer before I entered the corporate world. Pretty decent classical singer... now I stick to karaoke. I'm always down for karaoke

Music, Movies, and Books

Books - Snowball , 4 Hr Work Week, Habits of Highly Successful People, like all of John Grisham's novels

Music - 90s and beyond top 40's, hip hop, alternative, etc. No country... sorry

Movies - I'll watch almost anything once.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I sang the national anthem at Lincoln Center and the Intrepid Museum. This was back in high school when our chorus was brought in to perform. To do it in front of thousands of people was exhilarating.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach you how to sing? Teach you how to make awesome powerpoint presentations and complex excel models?

What I Can Share with Hosts

I offer beer? Business advice?

Sorry, too new to this to know what to put here.
