Hello!

Welcome to the mind and couchsurfing profile of Eddie Nolan. I'm enthusiastic about most things but especially anything that relates to landscape architecture and urban ecology (refer to interests section). I have a lot of energy and on most days I can hold a conversation pretty well. I like to walk fast everywhere I go. I like to do extreme stuff, too. For example, in the Spring of 2016 I received my kung fu SCUBA diving certification (see profile pic for proof).

My biggest goal is to attend a high-falutin' school and obtain a Master's degree in Landscape Architecture (MLA) and then practice this profession alongside the best in the world.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

In October, I will be traveling to New Orleans, Louisiana to attend the ASLA* annual conference. The hotels recommended on the conference website are upwards of $150/night.

I would much rather stay with the New Orleans locals, provide some awesome company, make some new friends, learn as much as I can about the city, and save some money of course! I'm hope that couchsurfing will provide this kind of experience :)

I'm a wildlife biology student, beginning my Junior year at Humboldt State University in Northern California. I want to pursue my wildlife degree with a focus in urban ecology, then pursue a Master's in Landscape Architecture. I am highly interested in combining these two disciplines to help progress the conservation movement within cities. In short, I want to design attractive, functional landscapes that provide food, wildlife habitat, and recreation!
