I'm Edward, from Ecuador but I think that says very little about me. I would say I'm like a sponge, I like to observe, to learn from my surroundings, and to incorporate many of those new perspectives to my own life.
I studied University in Switzerland, worked there for a couple of years, tried to jump into a start-up and suddenly I realized I wasn't happy with my life at all... So I quit my job and moved to Poland :)
I really enjoy deep conversations, I'm a good listener and I understand a lot about psychology, although my degree says I'm a Data Scientist :D

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Because it's fun! It's fun to meet people who wants to make the best impression of their countries. And get immersed into that new culture/ society even if it is only for a couple of days.
I'm also a fan of "giving" without expecting anything in exchange, and I think that's a core value in any kind of community.
And finally, it's nice to be surrounded by like-minded people. Ok, most probably we are not all exactly the same, but that's what makes the world a beautiful place to be, and where we can discover and learn from each other :)

I like sharing experiences through good conversations. I'm not into movies, I'm into listening to people, which sometimes I think it's quite similar, with the huge difference that a real person is exactly that, real and not fictional :D
I like sharing, I like giving, I like humans.
I do Acro-yoga but I should be practicing more, the same with dancing. I'm not really competitive, I just do it because it's fun.
And I like nature, going hiking and also relax and enjoy.

-Being welcome by an underprivileged family in the middle of nowhere in Uzbekistan.

I know what I want in my life, I can prioritize each of them, and I have experience making hard decisions afterwards.
Many people don't even know what they want... if someone is interested, I can share a bit of my experience.
I can teach Spanish (basic levels), and I can definitely help with practice.
I'm also good at making questions and challenging our way of thinking.
