ABOUT ME

I am a U.S. merchant marine, though I gave up sailing this year and settled in Houston. I really enjoyed my time there and met a nice lady, but family medical needs have brought me back home to Oklahoma. I have been a waiter/bartender/caterer for 20+ years, though I have done a few other things, as well. I am very open-minded and non-judgemental. I don't own a home, have no wife, kids, pets or bills. Yes, NO BILLS!?! I am debt free. I am looking to meet some kind, fun loving people to hang out with.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have lived out of a sea bag for the last three years and have basically lived on campuses, on ships, in hostels and rooms rented from strangers I met on Craigslist. I am living in northern Oklahoma right now, because my father had a double bypass and needs my help.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have met some very cool people from all over through cs. Attended a couple of events in Houston and led a tour of it's underground downtown tunnels.
