Hi, I’m Edward, 33, living in the southern part of Stockholm.

I’ve just returned to Couchsurfing after about 10 years. Life got busy with work and starting a family, but now I feel ready again. I’ve missed the random conversations, the unexpected perspectives, and just meeting interesting people.

I live with my fiancée and our two kids. I work as an assistant principal at a large school, which means I spend my days solving problems, talking to teenagers, and occasionally feeling very old.

I’m a pretty easygoing person. I enjoy good conversations, a walk outside, or just sitting down with a coffee or a beer. I’m especially interested in history, politics, and how people from different backgrounds see the world.

Because I have young kids, I’m not comfortable hosting solo travelers right now. Families, especially with kids, could definitely work though.

Even if hosting isn’t possible, I’m happy to show you around Stockholm or take a walk in nature if you’re up for it.
