I'm a second year student at the University of Bath and will be working in Hamburg starting July 2015. I love getting to know new people, I'm independent, open-minded, easygoing, friendly and sociable.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I love meeting new people through travelling. When I traveled through Europe with my best friend in the summer of 2013, it was amazing to meet so many lovely people whether at Couchsurfing meetups or staying at their houses. I actually first couchsurfed in Montreal when I was 17 years old and it was such an amazing experience!

兴趣

I particularly enjoy volunteering and social enterprise and am currently involved with Enactus, a student run social enterprise running a variety of social projects working with people in need from the homeless to young people with no qualifications.

Music: just about any kind and I love to discover new kinds of music!

Books: I read quite a lot, even though I haven't had time to in the past months. I love: Terry Pratchett, Douglas Adams, Michael Crichton, Malcolm Gladwell, Suzanne Collins, Agatha Christie, Carlos Ruiz Zafon, JK Rowling... The list goes on long way. I particularly love the poet Sarah Kay.

Tv Shows: House of Cards, The West Wing, How I Met Your Mother, New Girl

Movies: I enjoy most kinds of films including comedy, romantic, adventure, action, drama, thriller... Other films I love include: Pride and Prejudice, Inception, My neighbour Totoro, The Hunger Games, My sister's keeper, The King's Speech, Harry Potter,The Blind Side, Love Actually, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, anything Pixar...

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Probably snorkeling in the British Virgin Islands (Carribean) and swimming with a huge ray and seeing 3 barrucudas from up close (only 2-3 meters) Cycling into an amazing sunset in the middle of beautiful german contryside was also wonderful. The feeling of total freedom and exhilaration when sailing a catamaran with my sister in the midst of a wind storm in the Atlantic near the coast of Brittany (France) was unforgettable.Couchsurfing in Montréal and dancing in the rain are also definitely up there!
