Music, Movies, and Books

I love grammars and philosophy; listen to any kind of music: anything from ebm and industrial to jazz. just pop isn't really my cup of tea.
I enjoy independent movies and random old stuff - just has to capture me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went hiking in the Rocky Mountains and turned out to be right on the peak, when a pretty bad thunderstorm started, at whichs end it was even snowing. Trying to get my ass at least below the treeline I seriously risked my life 4 or 5 times (not counting the general danger of a ridge walk in a thunder storm) and finally called the mountain rescue for my friend* who simply couldn't run down a mountain. Ever since nobody wanted to go hiking with me. Don't know why. :D

*My friend did not get injured at all! He was just very very slow and I felt it was a good idea to call for help, when it started hailing golf balls and he was possibly still above the treeline.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach you practical German and Finnish and how to teach yourself pretty much any unknown language you wanna learn.
And I'd appretiate learning safety and climbing techniques. - Remembering the Rockies, that might not be the worst idea.
And if anyone has a single scull, I'd be more than pleased to have a chance to use it.
