ABOUT ME

I love to cook food, especially bread, because I get to knead it! I bake sourdough bread, flatbread, crumpets, naan.

In the winter I like to spend weekends cross-country skiing in the countryside around Toronto, or go dancing at low key places in Toronto.

During the week I work during the day and spend my evenings having beers with friends, playing hockey at the outdoor rink up the street for me, rock climbing at an indoor gym, or practicing my new ukulele.

Music-wise, I especially love to listen to bluegrass. I have a secret love of New Order and other retro dance music. Oh and I really like Brazilian stuff by Seu Jorge and more maracatu.

In the summer, I like to get outside: I usually spend my weekends at look cliffs rock climbing.

Mostly fermenting things. And speaking with people. Sporty outdoors things like rock climbing, hiking, biking, slack-lining. I'm learning to play ukulele.
