After 4 years of living/travelling abroad, I am back in Canada to see more of my own country before starting my next job in Japan for the summer and graduate school in Belgium in the fall.

Originally from Edmonton, Canada, I graduated from the University of Alberta in 2012 and then proceeded to live my dream of doing a working holiday in Edinburgh and teaching EFL in Asia (South Korea). My passion is meeting people from around the world and learning new things from them!

I hosted many surfers in my apartment in Daegu, South Korea in addition to organizing CS meet-ups in the city. Couchsurfing was a great way to connect with interesting people from around the world outside the usual expat community, and I made some amazing friends through CS!

I really like reading, unfortunately I usually have to wait until traveling to do a lot. I particularly enjoy fiction and autobiographies.

I enjoy most kinds of music but mainly alt rock and dance. I'm looking forward to Fuji Rock Festival this summer!

Daegu is not as touristy as Seoul...but I love to take my surfers around town or out with my friends and show them some local expat life. You will definitely have a unique experience!
