About Me
ABOUT ME
I took a gap year after high school, and I'm currently studying abroad for the first semester of my 3rd year at university. I love chocolate and books and hiking and baking and biking. I try to love running but honestly, I just can't get into it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
In the UK and France and Turkey..possibly other places that I don't remember? All experiences were awesome. My parents hosted for me a few times (since I was traveling) and I'd love to be able to host now that I have my own apartment
Interests
I'm up for pretty much anything..Two of the things I really want to do are to go paint-balling and play laser tag. I also want to visit all the US National Parks - currently at 11/58.

Music, Movies, and Books
In general, I'll read pretty much anything. I'm on a philosophy kick right now, so Kant and Foucault and Nietzsche are all on my reading list. I listen to a lot of music, all different genres depending on my mood (except country). There are a lot of movies I'd love to watch but I never end up finding the time.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Climbing in the French Alps with my host family. There were sheep! With bells! It was great. And hiking in Yosemite and being in Denali National Park.
What I Can Share with Hosts
discussions on US politics, domestic and foreign policies...experiences from various countries...and a really good chocolate chip cookie recipe?
