Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Traveling is my all-time favorite thing to do, and I just want to see as many places as possible while I’m on this earth. In 2022, I started a goal of going to a new place every year. This year was France, and next year will be Turkey!! I’m just full of enthusiasm and extroversion, and I’m here to make friends and see amazing places on my journey of life😁

Interests

I currently work at an art museum as a security guard, and I just enjoy being in proximity to art in general. I also occasionally work as a figure model. My favorite piece is René Magritte’s The Lovers. I create my own art from time to time, usually with pencil or pen, watercolor, or acrylic paint. I’ve also dabbled a bit in cyanotype on clothing which was really fun! I travel as much as possible, usually one international trip each year with sporadic domestic trips as finances allow. I also absolutely love aerial yoga, especially doing all the fun flips, tricks, and inversions. I’d love to try Lyra one day!

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to all sorts of music, but I tend to gravitate towards indie & alternative pop. My main playlist right now varies from Doja Cat and Chappell Roan to Schwayze and Flo Rida, with some Willow and Dominic Fike and more.
I’ve only ever seen one movie that I actively did not like because I’m so easily entertained (Mean Girls 2, 0/10 do not recommend)
I read a lot when I was younger, but now I don’t as much, unfortunately. Trying to get back into it, currently reading Catch-22.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to Iceland for my 21st birthday, became friends with some locals, and they took me to a restaurant and the whole place sang Happy Birthday to me in Icelandic when it hit midnight!
