About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To enjoy this life one day at a time.

ABOUT ME

I'm a laid back person who is down for anything. I was born and raised in the Bay Area, California, and went to college at the University of Hawaii. I love hiking and anything outdoors. I would love to travel the world and do some volunteering along the way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I haven't really had the chance to participate with CS before...the only experience I had with it, was one of my friend's hosted a guy who ended up crashing at my house for a couple nights and he was a super cool guy. I got to show him around the island and wished I could have hosted more people after him...But because of my living circumstances, other roommates weren't so down for the couch surfers which was kind of lame.

Interests

I love hiking...especially ridge hiking. Anything that gives me an adrenalin rush :) I love art (making it and checking it out). I'm fairly athletic so I love sports. I love cultures, meeting people, and my family. I'm up for trying anything new.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a sucker for foreign films. I listen to music from all genres and all parts of the world. I generally only read when I travel...and I tend to gravitate towards biographies and nonfiction.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I don't know if I would consider this the most amazing thing I have done, but I do think scuba diving is one of the coolest things because it is like being in another world. I've been underwater, watched a shark swim by, and no one can say anything to each other, all you can hear is your own breath/bubbles, and you feel absolutely powerless against these creatures who have such incredible strength and speed in the water.

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Bolivia, Chile, Costa Rica, Denmark, France, Germany, Guatemala, Honduras, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In
