I am originally from Iran, where I have spent whole my life so far. Given my interest to traveling, I experience weekly vacations in couple of other countries including Japan and Turkey. Since my marriage with my lovely wife, we have decided to experience traveling together.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Learning about different cultures, meeting new people/places and introducing our country to foreigners are among our main purposes of couchsurfing.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite Music:
My interest in music listening is hugely wide. Aside from Rap music which I don't like it at all, I do listen to other types. From Rock bands to Pop artists, and from Jazz ones to Blues. I like especially old rock music like Rolling Stones, Scorpions, Deep Purple, The Doors, Jimi Hendrix, Elvis Presley, Aerosmith, Freddie Mercury. I also love listening to Iranian Traditional music like Master Mohammad Reza Shajarian and his son Homayoon, and Master Shahram Nazeri.

My favorite Movies:
I have a broad range of interest in movie genres. However, Sci-fiction, horror and teenage genres are not definitely among my interests.
Especially, all of Martin Scorsese, Quentin Tarantino, and David Fincher intrigue me.

My favorite Books:
I prefer to read historic and philosophical books. Surely, novels are not among my favorites :)
