About Me

The Mrs. and I enjoy discovering our surroundings and new cities. We've decided this year to travel further and expand a new business, so there will be lots of travelling in the books in the coming months. I am a full-time marketing experimentor and she is a jack of all trades (holistic therapist, great cook and then some). We indulge in binge watching Hulu (everyone does Netflix), hiking, eating meat (Korean BBQ is the bomb), and just all around enjoying life and not getting complicated with it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Like I said, we've decided it's time to explore beyond our comfort zone, meet new friends and create good karma along the way. Our artisan business is something we want to bring to different cities, so we feel that meeting new peeps and sharing a bit about us is a great way to do it.

Interests

Hiking, Snapchat, dreaming of shit to make (this morning I woke up with some crazy ideas for benches, binge watching and of course being a foodie.

Music, Movies, and Books

Our taste is music is far beyond it just being a band. Its a feeling, and with so many alternatives out there, you can just hit up youtube or whatever music service you like and you are bound to find something amazing. My favorite concert was Pearl Jam in Mexico City, the city went crazy and just the other day I was listening to funk. The Mrs. enjoys a bit more of the R&B delights out there and some Spanish artists as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Not give up. I am a true optimistic at heart, although my face screams "grinch"

Teach, Learn, Share

I am passionate about tech, marketing as a whole and I haven taken up on challenges to mentor some pretty smart peeps. I and the Mrs. are pretty darn good in whipping up tasty dishes, so you're in for a treat. We can teach you about Mexico, the ins, the outs, oh and we live in LA, so that too. Spanish, practice with us. The Mrs. makes a mean cheese flan (I know, it sounds like a sin).

What I Can Share with Hosts

We can share the warmth of our studio. Its fairly small but we can adapt it really cool. We've done it in the past. We can share our pool, specially nice during summer days. We can share our cooking skills.

We have an inflatable mattress that we bring out for our guests as well as toiletries and the such, so you would be pretty much covered. We just ask for respect to our little spot on earth. We'd like to get to know you a little before accepting any offers, so we are open to chatting on skype and learning more about you.
