I’m a bit of a homebody at heart, but traveling always brings out my adventurous side. I love exploring new cultures — whether it’s wandering through busy bazaars, tasting local street food, or staying with locals to experience everyday life.

I enjoy easy hikes (nothing too extreme!) because I like to be close to nature without rushing it. At home, I love decorating my space and spending time in the garden — even though I have to admit, I’m really bad at gardening, but I still enjoy it anyway!

People usually see me as calm and introverted, but once I feel comfortable, I can be quite friendly and enjoy both deep conversations and silly laughs.

For me, travel isn’t just about the places I see, it’s about the people I meet and the small, real moments we share along the way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because hotels don’t tell you where to find the best street food, and guidebooks don’t sit down with you over tea to share stories. Couchsurfing and hostel does.

I love meeting locals and fellow travelers, it makes every trip feel more alive. Sometimes by it’s about exploring a hidden corner of the city together, sometimes it’s just sharing laughs in the kitchen. Whether I’m hosting or surfing, I’m here for those genuine little moments that turn into memories.

That said, since I work from home with a flexible (and sometimes unpredictable) schedule, I can’t always promise to take you out for a city stroll. But what I can promise is a warm breakfast and good company to start your day.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: My playlists jump all over the place. One moment I’m singing along to Ariana Grande, the next I’m lost in Japanese song or Korean Song, and then I’ll suddenly be nostalgic with the song in the 90s. Basically, if it sounds good, I’ll enjoy it.

Movies: I don’t really stick to one genre or country, but I like to rewatch the movies called "Little Forest"

Books: Kafka on the Shore by Haruki Murakami has a special place in my heart. I love books that feel a little dreamy, a little strange, but stay with you long after you finish reading.

I love sharing stories, laughter, and little pieces of culture. If you stay with me, me and my family will be happy to teach you how to make some local dishes 😉 (no Michelin stars here, but definitely made with love!).
