I can help with your yoga practice or painting on silk lessons. I finished “YogaWorks” 200hr teacher training in New York and even though I do not teach for a living, I like to share my knowledge.
I was studying at Pedagogical University in Voronezh, Russia, as well (faculty of Arts).
