HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm not a new surfer or host, but I am here after a long break;)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have accomodated people a few times,though we met not via "Couchsurfing". They were friends of my friends' firend. And there were a few couch surfers as well. It has always been fun. I have been a guest only once.

Interests

movies: Pay Forward, Amadeus, In Bruges, Dogma, Eurotrip, the Edukators, Talk to Her, any Tarantino's movie and now Chasing Mavericks

books: the Grapes of Wrath, the Canterbury Tales, the Master and Margarette, the History of the World in 10 1/2 Chapters, What a Carve Up

...and a lot of other stuff, which is quite diverse and which i cannot recollect right now

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

stepped on broken glass, saw the Rocky mountains, met dawn on the roof of a skyscraper

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach languages(English, Russian, Gothic, Old and Middle English) and historical lingustics, and scenic speech is also an option.
I'd like to learn languages, the more the better. Some "physical" things might be very welcome as well - dancing, horse-riding, any non-violent sport.
