ABOUT ME

I was born in Georgia, but I don't have an accent. I haven't traveled as much as I'd like to, but I've been to some great places. I'm pretty talkative, and many people say I've "never met a stranger".
My roommates and I have been surfers/hosts for years, and we enjoy every bit of it. We have one cat, named Henley, and he's now (thanks to CS) internationally renowned. You'll love him, too.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love to show people around my town almost as much as I love to travel myself.
I used to move around a lot, but for now I've set up shop on the coast. I love Wilmington very much, and I'm always up for a chance to show why it's the best place I've lived so far.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Everyone I've hosted/met through this site has been great! It takes a special kind of person to let a stranger sleep in your house, or to sleep on a stranger's couch. The people I've met have been laid back, kind, and very cool all around.

History, swing dance, theater, music, art, good food, good beer and paintball

音乐、电影和书籍

I love music in general. I won't say I like "all" music, because that would be a lie, but do I like "many" types of music.

Movies are amazing, and I wish I could watch more of them, even the really, really bad ones. (Dinoshark is FANTASTIC!)

I read a wide variety of things, fantasy and sci-fi, biography and how-to, theoretical and text books, adventure books, graphic novels, etc.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I've swam with sting rays in the Caribbean. The water was crystal blue, so blue you couldn't tell where the water ended and the sky begin. Pictures didn't begin to do it justice.

I love to learn, anything I can learn from you will greatly endear you to me forever. I just hope I can give as well as I get.
A surfer we had showed me the best spot on Wrightsville Beach, Ask me and I'll show you too.
We're all foodies, and we can point you to the best places in town.
And I've had to show people a lot of One Tree Hill places, so I'm becoming pretty good at giving those tours too.
