Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I'm travelling to the Northwest coast January 20th to Seattle and the northwest coast with two friends and we're backbacking our way down the coast to Oregon where we'll end our two week trip camping in national forests. I have never used Couch Surfing before, and I think it would be a great way to involve myself in the communities i'm passing through while i'm there. I want to become familiar with where I am as much of the time as possible, and i'd love to meet likeminded community focused people along my way. I'm currently working two jobs, one as a server, and the other in a clothing store, and i'm finishing my associates transfer degree for what was originally going to be a bachelors in nursing, but I recently decided that's not for me and have begun exploring other areas of my interest, including travelling and experiencing culture.
