Hi! My name is Elaine and I travel with my boyfriend. I cannot stress this enough- we are traveling together!!We’ve been together just over 2.5 years and we live together. We have a rabbit and a cat who we adore and are lucky enough to have a support system for them when we leave. I am a nanny and he is an electrical engineer at sandia labs. We are super into urbexing and usually set time aside for it during travel- you’re welcome to join if that’s your thing. I do smoke, but can easily do so outside. Outside of urbexing, we enjoy hiking, caving, swimming, and dancing. I’m sure we have many more interests, we just haven’t gotten the chance to try them yet. We’re desperately trying to get better seasoned.

We don’t travel enough- at ALL. we’re trying to find an affordable alternative to hotels- plus all the people we know who use this website are cool asf.

Urbexing!!! We love urbexing. I guess that’s our main interest. Mine, at least. He isn’t helping me build this profile so I get to pick. I personally love kids, but they’re not my boyfriend’s forte. My boyfriend has you covered on anything academic lol.

Music, Movies, and Books

We really only listen to oldies. I’m more 20s-60s oldies - he’s more 50s-90s. We aren’t too big into movies, and I enjoy philosophy books but he likes only math books. We should read more, but truthfully it hasn’t been on our list of priorities lately.

I am studying to be a teacher, so I am very good with small children if there happen to be any. If you’re studying math, science, physics etc, Micah (my boyfriend) is your guy. Not only does he also love teaching, but he can talk about it for HOURS. We’re always down to learn something new.
