First Trip to Europe!

ABOUT ME

I am interested in everything, and I am willing to work hard to fulfill my wishes. I'm a little reserved at first, but once you get to know me there is no going back. I'm a big foodie, and I'm willing to try anything. I love adventure and I want to live my life to the fullest while I am still young and able. I speak a little French. I plan on graduating from Chico State College within the next two years with a degree in Exercise Physiology and will be pursuing a career in healthcare. I plan on becoming an emergency technician when I return from traveling.

In Europe I will be traveling with one of my closest friends, Kristen. We have been friends for 5 years and she has visited Europe once before for two weeks. This will be my first time traveling Europe! We're starting in Spain and working our way up to the Netherlands. We then plan to fly to Rome and then fly back to Spain.

I recently joined a cycling team in Chico, California and have recently started to race. I love riding bikes!! Mountain biking up the rocky hills of Bidwell Park (one of the biggest public parks in the U.S.) is one of my favorite pastimes.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Kristen and I have biked to Napa from Sacramento and couchsurfed for one night. We loved it!

I've floated down the Sacramento River (near Chico, California) on Labor Day holiday weekend with over 10,000 other people!

Teach, Learn, Share

I love music and I love to learn from anyone! I enjoy learning about the area. I enjoy listening to any type of story and learning many different perspectives of life. We don't mind trying to overcome the language barrier through charades, google, and our broken french/spanish/piglatin.
