ABOUT ME

I'm the archetypical "middling."
I grew up in the midwest, spending half the time with my black/native american father in the country and half the time with my irish catholic mother in the city. I grew up poor but with rich taste. I hate dichotomies (but recognize why they are useful. I'm a gemini and I enjoy neopolitan ice cream.

I just finished a gig as a chocolatier for what may be the best chocolatier in the US. Before that I spent all of 2007 volunteering with a non-profit in Seattle called EarthCorps, where I worked, to the bone and soul, preforming restoration projects around greater seattle.

Consuming/Creating art and good food, making my friends jam for me (I'm a much better visual artist vs. musician), philosophy and stupid conversations dressed up as philosophy, community development and kickin' it.
