I'm Back on the roads! travelling Japan in 2025.

My name is Eldar, I'm an Israeli educator who's working in the voluntary sector in Israel and abroad, for non governmental organizing and NPOs.

I live in a therapeutic farm for youngsters, I'm the manger of the farm. it's a rehabilitation centre for youth. At the farm we treat youngsters with difficulties through outdoor therapy and workshops, while living as community.
I love carpentry and the outdoor. Most of the week I'm hiking or camping with the program, and when are home - taking care of the animals and the trees. we are growing olives, citrons and oranges.
Outdoor therapy is our main focus.

In my personal life I love traveling, music, photography and coking. I'm trying to use my breaks at work for travel around the world and meeting new people. As my job is very busy, sometimes few years can go by in between adventures.
But, I love my job. I feel privilege to be a station in other people lives, foremost for ones who struggling with life.

I believe every one deserve more then one chance.
All kids are good. we can always find the god (and good) in each one of us.
We all equal as humans, your race, gender or DNA does not change your heart. Therefore I'm treating all humans with kind open heart at first, and with a smile and laugher.

This is my philosophy at work, which I'm also living my life by it.
I will be happy to meet people who see the world the same, not getting distract by prejudices and hate, who want to meet the person before the persona.

I really like coking. Will be happy to learn about some new food.
I'm into history and family stories, I will probably ask you about your ancestors and family history of the country... I think there's no better way to find out about a place, rather then the people perspective.
