I am:

PHILOSOPHY

Essentially, my philosophy is that life can be tough enough, so why would you want to do anything that makes it tougher for someone else? And conversely, why would you not do something to help someone else out? This matches the CS spirit pretty well, I feel.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

By couch surfing, letting people stop over, and getting together with local CSers. Many of the most wonderful people I've met have been through CS, and I want to keep it going.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted and been hosted, and have initiated a few CSer potlucks here in town.

Many parts of Yellowstone National Park make you feel as if you're on another planet, so seeing those was definitely amazing. Lake Marie, near Laramie, is one of my favorite places. It's so peaceful there. And usually snowy.

Summer in Milwaukee is pretty amazing, although of course it goes by too fast.

I'm of the opinion that the smallest things can be amazing if you let yourself appreciate them.
