ABOUT ME

I am a 27 year old classical singer and I studied theater as well. I live together with my girlfriend, who is an artist and actor. My days are made up of making art and teaching singing, acting and art. Art, art, art. Art thou still reading? I strive to make every day an adventure and to help others wherever I can. Couchsurfing and having couchsurfers has greatly helped with both these things.

PHILOSOPHY

Every word is unique: to describe one word, we need more than one other word. That is what gives every word sense and meaning.
And for the Dutch, one of my favourite poems:

Ik zal de aren niet meer zien
noch binden ooit de volle schoven
doch doe mij in den oogst geloven
waarvoor ik dien.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met some amazing people on Couchsurfing, some of them stayed with me for long times, some only for a night. I still see some of my guests back sometimes, visit them back, or some stayed in the city!

My girlfriend and I have hitchhiked around Europe and have encoutered so much good, so many helpful, loving people, that we just want to give back to the community of humanity. So whoever is in need of a bed, a shelter, a shower, a meal, please contact us. We will do what we can.
