My name is Eleanor Hopkins. I am 21 years old and I love to travel. I lived in Honduras for a year and travelled through Central America, then lived in Spain for a while as an au pair for a family so I speak a fair amount of Spanish. I love languages and meeting new people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Right now I'm travelling through the North of Spain with my friend Josie. We are both students at the University of Edinburgh. We like exploring new cities, meeting new people, being in nature and trying new things! We want to see as much as we can before we go home and would love to spend a few days in Bilbao and San Sebastián.

I like a mixture of all music but I am part of an a cappella group at my Univerisity and I am very passionate about that! I wish I read more and my favourite movie is Bridges of Maddison County

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did a bungee jump in Costa Rica on Christmas Day (very unwillingly but it was a great experience!)

I am a really friendly and trustworthy person. I love to share stories and get to know new people. I am very respectful and I would be happy to offer my home to people visiting Edinburgh if I'm ever free to!
