ABOUT ME

Independant,practical,gentle and perceptive. A good listener, imaginative, lots of ideas, lots of things on the go, learning to be less chaotic and more organised.
Artistic and adventurous,I've lived for the last 23 years in a cottage in a south facing wooded valley in a remote part of Pembrokeshire.
I grow as much of my own food as I can and live an ecological lifestyle.
I'm interested in Auyvedic medicine and cooking.
I've recently qualified as a yoga teacher.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I stayed with a hosts, in London, Ireland and Sheffield. I have had a couple from S.America who were world travelers stay here for a few days.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I joined last September, but have been a member of Women World Wide Welcome Women for some years and hosted and stayed with other women.
I'm also member of "Workaway"and have hosted people in exchange for work done in my house and garden and stayed abroad in exchange for work.
