Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just started officially, but have shared my home(and my life) with several travelers in need. I heard about this site because right now I am one of those travelers in need, looking for a little companionship(and probably a couch) while on my journey. As soon as I back though, I will be ready to host!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never had any 'official' CouchSurfing experiences, but i have however been an impromptu tour guide, hostess and/or general town liaison for several random tourists passing through.

Music, Movies, and Books

There are far too many of all to list here, plus these can be some of the most fun things to discuss in person....But as far as music goes, I like almost anything, EXCEPT for new country, I.C.P.(and anything of the sort), and I guess that's pretty much it. I like a lot of different(and sometimes weird) stuff.
I think I am pretty much the same with movies, except perhaps even more so. I am having a hard time thinking of any certain kind of movie that I DON'T like. I am, however, particularly fond of the horror genre, and comedies of all sorts(stupid,dark,romantic,etc), and (please don't make fun) I am a sucker for musicals :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I believe my decision to move from Pittsburgh, PA to Glacier National Park was the most amazing thing I have ever done. It was my first big move away from 'home', and it has enabled me to have years of magical adventures in one of the most beautiful places in the world.

Teach, Learn, Share

Well, I have been told that I am pretty darn good at baking, and I must say that I agree, I can teach you a little about that. I am also an avid hula hooper, and LOVE to teach others to do it.(It's a good excuse to put on some tunes and dance around)I am always learning, and I will share anything I have.
