I've been walking on this planet since twenty-eight years now but, when I pause and reflect on it, it feels to me like I've become alive five years ago, when I starting sensing that life is much bigger than I thought.

I was born in Parma, Italy, and lived there until I decided to move to Milan to chase my dream of becoming a journalist. I started studying Communication, Media and Advertising and graduated three years later.
During my final year as bachelor's student, I found myself being offered a three months long internship in Mexico City. Three weeks later I was leaving. Beside working as Event Planner at Fundación Ética Mundial and writing my dissertation thesis “Creation of social consciousness through fashion publishing industry: the case of Mexico”, I've also volunteered for a Mexican NGO and lived in an indigenous community for two weeks and travelled around the southern part of Mexico with just a backpack on my shoulder, ignoring the fact that that backpack would have become the most valuable thing I would have ever owned. Looking back, I guess that's when the eyes through which I see the world started changing.

As soon as I graduated, questioning myself and my reality turned into my full-time job.
There are many things I haven't figured out yet, but in the meanwhile.
I've worked as PR & Shop Assistant at a vintage shop in London.
I've lived in São Paulo for three years, where I've been volunteering and working as Project Manager for a youth led non-profit organization that seeks to overcome social exclusion and poverty in slums through a process of community development and empowerment.
I've run more than three thousand kilometers.
I've deepen my meditation practice to the point it became the most precious source of healing.
I've studied yoga in India.
I've carried my backpack around fourteen countries.
I started loving myself and others unconditionally.

I don't like labels, but if I would have to sum it all up.
I am a passionate vegan runner and yoga teacher, book devourer and plant-based recipes developer, everyday writer and amateur photographer.

It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone and as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give others permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
