ABOUT ME

I will buy a jumbo jet soon.
Made in Italy. freelance landscape and cityscape photographer originally from Italy, dragged in Scotland for studies but currently travelling around the world. I'll be based in New Zealand for the next 12 months(March 2017 - 2018)
I'm wandering around the world since I was 18, first move was Hungary, then Germany and Italy, then Belgium, then England and all the way up to the cold Scotland. Hitch-hiker for passion, couch-surfer for a purpose.

Recently I got along with my fear of flying, I used to be terrified of taking planes, I didn't fly and I tried to stay as far as I could, away from the aeroplanes and airports for 8 years. That fobia led me to travel more then 60 thousands miles overland during the last 7 years. Deeply in love with the Balkans and the eastern Europe, on 2012 I did hitchhike crosswise the Balkans for 2 months with a silly flatmate. We ended up in Turkey, covering 8000 km with the thumb up.

I realised I'd rather live in backpackers hostel than of renting my single fancy room out of town. I managed to live the last 15 months in various hostels and surf-house. Now I can hardly go back living as a normal human being.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I used to live with 13 odds people for roughly 3 years of my life in a tiny wee flat in Bologna. We were packed, 7 in one room, 4 in another, hence, we even hosted plenty of travellers thanks to Couchsurfing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I do couch surfing everywhere I go. I did surf in Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey, Bosnia, Montenegro, Italy, France, Spain, United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Australia and New Zealand
