Hi! I’m a 23 years old girl. I was born in Paris from a Russian father and an Italian mother. I studied theatre for many years and I worked as an assistant for some directors. I am currently studying Global Humanities in Rome and I spent the last year studying between South Africa and Colombia thanks to different scolarships. I read and wrote a lot since I was a kid. Usually, I write prose and poetry in Italian and academic papers in english. I hope to publish my first book by the end of the year. I relatively recently got into photography, my first (collective) exposition happened in summer 2022 in Paris. The union between the passion for storytelling and the one for audiovisuals gave birth to my first short film -never stop dancing- that will be out in this summer. It’s a short documentary film about gender based violence in the South African context.
I'm currently applying to different funds in order to finance my first feature film.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

After years of mostly no stop working I decided to take a break and to travel around from October 2023 to December 2023 (at least). Since I’d love to deepen my yoga practice, I’m evaluating India, but I’m still not 100% sure.
I'd love to meet up with people with nice vibes, and if you’re a creative that’s even better! We can arrange for language practice/photos/drinks.

I’m interested in almost everything pertaining the huuuge fields of arts and culture, in general I’m very open to learn new things.
I’d love to know more about ancestral medicines and about the different meditation types.
Of course I’d love to deepen the knowledge of everything that I already forms part of my life, such as photography, cinema, filmmaking (especially documentary!) theatre and yoga.
