My name is Elena, I'm 21 years old and currently studying Philosophy in The Netherlands. I'm always busy learning about new subjects. My main interests concern literature, languages, sociology, cosmology, etc.

I was born in The Netherlands, to a South American mother and a German father. Since I was young, I have always been learning languages. My first language is Dutch. My father always spoke German to me. My mother didn't teach me Spanish but taught me some when I was older.

Since then language learning has always come naturally. I get excited by learning how people express themselves in different languages. There's a whole new culture behond every language! I want to learn more about the cultures connected to them. That's why I'm saving money for travelling, to experience those cultures myself.
